DECIDE is an empowering process that leads to change. It will assist you in achieving results at home, at work, and in life in general. While the process guides a person in making decisions that lead to a more organized state, it is itself a decision; a decision to take control.
Why a Group 'Coaching' Program? Coaching is designed to assist individuals in creating and implementing specific action plans. Coaches use advanced communication skills to help the client create a successful personal and professional life. As a trained mediator, Lisa is skillful at guiding clients to successful results through motivation and encouragement, without judgment. The focus is on asking skillful questions designed to help participants define and achieve their goals. But don't worry! Lisa does more than ask questions. Lisa will also have her certified professional organizer 'expert' hat on throughout the program, offering tried-and-true tools and tricks based on her 7 years of experience working with hundreds of clients to overcome their organizing issues. Each week, you will get 90 minutes of information-packed instruction, along with Q&A. Participants can ask Lisa their questions and get personalized, informative, and effective answers. During the teleclasses, you’ll get an energizing combination of practical tips and suggestions, plus techniques to deal with the emotional side of disorganization and clutter.

"I cannot tell you
how you have really changed my life. I know
it sounds corny, but I was in such a bad
place before your workshop. You got me
thinking of how to use your methods for
every aspect of my life and what a
difference! I must say, your seminar really
helped me put things into perspective and
prioritize my activities. I don't
have to do it all at once. What a relief!
It's amazing how organizing your life gives
such peace of mind!" |
Those
that learn well in a group environment.
Participants will have the opportunity to
interact with each other, realize they are not
alone, and share challenges and solutions with
the group.Lisa has designed this course to be comprehensive,
but easy to digest. You'll have time to work on your
organizing projects -- in fact, the whole goal of
this program is for you to achieve results on an
individual basis while working in a group
environment! The program is a combination of information,
exercises, and support.
Due to the interactive and intimate nature of this program, space is limited! So, if you know this program is for you, act now. You have nothing to lose -- except maybe some clutter, overwhelm, and stress!
Once you register, you will be sent an online survey to fill out. This will help Lisa get to know you and your organizing challenges more. It will also help us achieve a successful group coaching program, as Lisa bridges participants together with similar organizing issues, let's you learn from each other, and know that you are not alone!
There will be 6 (six) 90-minute calls in a
row on Tuesday evenings
from February 9 to March 16, 2009, each starting at 7:30pm EST. Registration
is only
$249!

"Lisa is
multi-talented but what I really like about
her is her approachability. Lisa knows how
to answer the tough questions while making
sure you truly understand the answers."

Week
One
- Tuesday, February 9, 2010 - 7:30-9:00 pm EST
In this early phase of the process, you must go on a
path of discovery. Introductions will be made with
time for participants to share their biggest
organizing obstacles and goals for the program. We
will discuss the physical "stuff" that takes up
space in your life.
Think of the Discover
step as a time to reflect and conduct a
self-assessment.
Week Two
- Tuesday, February 16, 2010 - 7:30-9:00 pm EST
During this phase, you will need to spend time and
energy thinking about, and ultimately purging items
from your home and office that you do not love, use
often, or need. This class will teach you about how
to say
no to tasks that do not further your goals. We will
address one of the biggest obstacles in organizing –
determining
what to purge.
Week Three
- Tuesday, February 23, 2010 – 7:30-9:00 pm EST
Categorizing is vitally important as it serves as
the foundation of the organizing system. When
items are stored by category, it is easier for the
brain to process. In this session we will learn how
to "think" in categories so that you store like with
like, making items easier to find, retrieve, and
use. We will discuss tools and tricks to help
categorize such as choosing common characteristics
and “zoning.”
Week Four
- Tuesday, March 2, 2010 – 7:30-9:00 pm EST
For an organizing system to be successful, it must
be tailored to you. That means it must fit
your home, work, needs, habit and lifestyle.
If not, you will be unable to maintain it.
Lisa will share tried-and-true systems that
she has used with hundreds of clients. She will
guide you in developing your own personalized
“system” that will be easily maintainable.
Week Five
- Tuesday, March 9, 2010 – 7:30-9:00 pm EST
This is the stage when the daily, weekly, and
monthly maintenance comes in. You must commit
to making your organizing systems second-nature, or
your self-help efforts will fail. Week Five will
pull all of the tricks and tips together so that you
have guidelines and goals to maintain your
organizing efforts. You’ll be able to function more
productively as you learn to
stay
organized.
Week Six
- Tuesday, March 16, 2010, 7:30-9:00 pm EST
Think of
Enjoy as the light at the end of the
tunnel. This is the time to bask in your newly
organized systems, and enjoy the fruits of your
labor -- more time and space, improved health and
relationships. We will spend time hearing about
participants’ success stories, as well as their
future goals for after the program.

"I saw results
immediately after starting to work with Lisa and
built on our sessions together. Lisa is
extremely creative as an organizer -- no
cookie-cutter solutions, but rather, a
tailor-made system to suit my needs. She is a
great listener and has a keen sense of intuition
the way a dog has an advanced sense of smell --
very astute and well rounded. I highly recommend
Lisa if you are ready to make changes to create
the space of your dreams, or are looking to make
over your mind. Lisa is a very sincere,
intelligent and organized professional!" |

"Lisa is superb! I have
watched many organizing shows on television and
the organizers often force their clients into
THEIR (the organizer's) working and thinking
patterns, not the clients. Lisa has a system
that determines how you work and think." |

It's okay. All of the teleclasses will be recorded
and made available within 48 hours. If you still
have questions about the material on the call you
missed, just email Lisa with any questions or
comments.
Part of the process of the group coaching program is
learning to discover what your organizing goals are,
which projects you want to work on, and what will
bring you the most satisfaction if accomplished.
Do
some research. You'll find this is one of the most
affordable programs (and the most comprehensive) of
its kind.
Lisa has kept the cost down so that many
people can access her services in an affordable
manner and get the assistance they need.

"I was in your
Orange-Ulster Boces 'Get Organized' class
last Fall. My problem was home office/paper,
etc. I have streamlined certain of my
monthly bill paying processes and am working
on others. As a result, I have found the
time to work on scrapbooks for my children.
Thanks again for your valuable suggestions.
I still have many delayed decisions and need
to reconfigure my entry landing zone, but I
am making progress and am much happier."

"I recently took Lisa's Decide to Be Organized
Online Group Coaching Program. I always told people "I was born without the organizing gene" and it was something I really believed. I loved listening to Lisa's words of wisdom and to the other call members ups and downs. As the calls progressed, I noticed I was feeling energized between the calls and looked forward to sharing my progress. Lisa asks questions and helps you decide which tools to implement (not expensive) to get you moving towards your organizing goals. I am now empowered to make decisions that I just couldn't make before. She is motivating, friendly, and just what I needed to gain the organizing skills I was so definitely missing.”
